TERRIBLE SERVICE

Good day,

I went into African Bank Steeldale on Friday morning to sign a contract for a loan i had applied for to pay for a deposit on a motor vehicle. After signing the documents the lady advised that it would take 24 hours to show into my bank account. I contacted the car dealer and he advised that it wasn't a problem and that I could make the payment once the money was in my account. It is now monday and that money is still not in my account and the dealership is threatening to fetch the car. I contacted African Bank and they advised that my application is pending. This is ridiculous, i have been through trying to get another vehicle since my last one was and now i'm being threatened to lose this one because African Bank have not paid the money i applied for into my account for the deposit on the vehicle. Please can someone help me out here. I need this money to be paid ASAP so that i dont lose this vehicle.
