Debit orders taken off 2 weeks before the time

My debit orders only are supposed to go off on the 27th of the month!!! i had money left in my account for my childs 4th birthday! all my money was deducted on the 13th of dec without my consent!! i called in and the lady i spoke to said they will refund me. which has not happend! its now the 18th. I had money transfered into my account yesterday from a family memeber for my childs birthday!! which was yet again deducted (ALL OF IT!!!)!! i have not been paid yet and have no money for food and petrol!!! i am highly angry and i want my money back ASAP!!! thank you African bank for ruining my daughters birthday as i could not even get her a present!!! i called again and now i have to go to the bank to get bank statements and go into the stall to get a refund!! WHY?? why is this my problem and iu have to go out of my way to fix YOUR error!!!???
