Two weeks ago I was about to write a report thanking FNB for the prompt service when applying online for my new FNB card. Howver, since then things have changed. In the last two weeks, I have phoned fnb call centre at least 5 times. I have never received any help. I am always being put through to other people who also cannot help to answer simple questions such as - WHAT IS MY ACCOUNT NUMBER??? I ONLY HAVE A CARD with no info on the account number. Today i phoned to query this and again i was going to be put through to somewhere else - when I started complaining the call was suddenly dropped.

I received an sms the other day saying CDC received my FICA request (?) and will contact me - i phoned them today and AGAIN was put through somewhere else and was on hold so long I hung up.

All i want to know is: WHAT IS MY ACCOUNT NUMBER???
IS MY CARD ACTIVE??? AS I NEED TO CHANGE MY DETAILS WITH MY EMPLOYER

iT SEEMS A FAR BETTER OPTION JUST TO STAY WITH MY ORIGINAL BANK AS i DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS NONSENSE.
