I am absolutely fed up with the service that I have received from FNB. It has been nothing but a nightmare from the beginning. I applied for my card the couier delivered it 2 weeks later being last Friday the card was only activated on Monday after me contacting the call centre twice and begging for it. Then I was told to activate it online to which I did which was another mission in it self as the person at the call center did not bother to tell me that it would be better if we did it together but rather said i must do it myself which led to me having to confirm it at a atm i did this. Then this morning i tried to log in and it kept saying that it sent the OTP number to a "084" number - i don't have a "084" number i phoned in and had to answer about a million questions to which i get told that ihave to go into a branch. I am at the stage where i do not want a fnb account. This is supposed to be easy but it has been nothing but a nightmare!!! I will be taking this further as I am disgusted at this.
