Frustration

I lost my company phone ..When i put in the claim and relevant documents 14 days ago... The insurance company comes back to me with complications.

They claim they send me contract that would guide me and understand the contract closure..which i ididnt get until i put in the claim, thats when they send me..

They don't communicate swiftly .i have to ask and they they respond at their time...
