Efuse to repair because R400 short

I have comprehensive cover with waiver for the excess. After i have taken my car in due to an incident the assessor told me that the repair for the bumbers will be better than to replace it. He also assured me the claim will be paid and the car will be fixed with no problems. Safwaan then called my wife and told her the claim will not be paid due to the sotfall of R400. He also send an report with the amount that constitute the repair of the car but still refused. The service and there unwillingness to repair the car and the management head strong after all our calls. They also never return calls and dont want to accept responsibility for us as clients. They take our money each month and are prepared to loose us as clients and dont care aabout small fries like us.
