Cancelation of Policy, but still being billed!!!

To Whom it may concern:
I have cancelled my insurance policy with Discovery! My premiums are paid in advance as with any other insurance so my cancellation on the policy was effective 25 September 2013.
As of 22 August I only have one vehicle insured with Discovery! but an amount of R1196.00 was debited on my account this morning. When I called the call centre I am informed that it will take 7 working days to have the money refunded to me! This is completely unacceptable, I have taken the necessary steps to ensure that my cancellation is done in advance & now I have to wait because once again somebody at discovery!!!
Reference number for the call is: 3016282295, spoke to Shaun. I cannot and will not reverse the transaction as it will cause me to incur additional bank charges and will look negatively on my back statement and credit record. I expect this matter to be sorted out immediately! I even sent an email to their insure maintenance, and i get no response!!!

NB: I get a call from the C - Track call centre picking up activity on my unit that was removed yesterday afternoon!!! What type of circus are you guys running?
