What a mess!

Banking with FNB is better that with any other bank in this country, but the call centre is still as bad as that of other banks. You hold on for hours, when you finally get through to a consultant your call gets dropped or you get transferred from one person to another, racking up a massive phone bill. All I want to do is to clear an payment that the FNB app and internet banking has trouble doing. It's a super facility to have, but not available the one time in need it. And neither is the call centre to provide help.
