These clowns increased my premiums by 48%

This is totally unacceptable. I was paying R194-00 per month for my content insurance and I get a letter saying the premium is going up to R328-00/per month.!!! I have never claimed and when we phoned the call centre the dumbass little consultant didn't know what to say about the increase and just started mumbling about inflation.
The amusing thing is that the letter that was sent to us indicated that there would be a 10% increase which should have been R19-40/month
they are obviously using us to pay for their fancy new office park in midrand. this is so pathetic... you have lost a client you.
