I have requested my Houseowners insurance policy to be cancelled on 5 occasions, sending though the necessary proof of insurance with my exisiting personal lines cover. firstly they send me a request for registration documents for a vehicle, and then on the fourth request a Houseowners claim form.
Do not know what they seem to be smoking, but what does it take to at least get a logical response to a request?
Extreeeeeemely irritated, and expecting feedback.
