Ok, so I have a loan, due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn't pay one debit order (which gets deducted the 1st of each month), one of the unmannered ladies phoned me mid November and I explained to her why I couldn't pay the debit order, on which I did inform her that I would catch up the outstanding as I can, and that the normal debit order should go off of my account. Well guess what, they took a double debit order, one on the 26th of November, and one on the 1st of October which was rejected due to the funds not being there, and they are refusing to repay me the fees back for the unpaid debit order, stating that apparently I didn't have a valid agreement!!! My argument is that I did have an agreement, but to them its not valid??? So now I have an account in the minus and a of an headache because Absa staff is either not doing their jobs correctly, or they find pleasure in upsetting their clients!
