No feedback regarding my claim for toilet and leak

I registered a claim for toilet and leaking basin, they said they will send a ref number and a plumber will be sent to fix but it took them 2 days and until now my basin is not fixed And leaking. we had to closethe water from the meter and can't flush or use water. we have to put blackets on thefloor because the waterwill go to the carpets. they don't treat matter as urgent. i phoned again and spoke to Von he transfreed me to claims dept andspoke toshaun who told me they will phone me back bcs my claim is not yet registered. can't do anything and who will be responsible to pay the water? the bill for water will be so high and have to pay for that and their excess while they took their time to appoint A PLUMBER. I'M REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. I REGISTERED A CLAIM IN SEPTEMBER AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO PHONE OR SEND AND ASSESSOR AND ENDED UP DOING IT MYSELF . THEY ARE SO INCOMPETEMNT.
