My car was involved in a car accident on the 13th of September at the Drakensburg Sun, we were going to report the accident on the 14th as we did not know of a police station in the area and needed to find out, no one was hurt and no other vehicle involved, the tire burst and car flipped onto its roof. I reported the claim to them and they sent someone to tow the car. They kept phoning me to ask if I knew were the car was? I mean do they not keep record of this? they found the car eventually about 2 weeks after the accident. Then they sent an investigator out to The Drakensburg sun, this also took very long, then the investigator goes to hospital and I must now wait, was it my fault he went to hospital. I had to take the rental car back and hire one myself. they then also hired a forensic investigator. after all that now they want all my phone records banking statements etc... which I don't mind giving but its the 4 of December now? I still have to pay for the damaged cars installments its insurance aswell as for a new car now and its insurance, I'm in so much financial strain due to this claim taking so long. Please help
