IWYZE
Contract not in place

I took out a policy with IWYZE and no documents been sent. Now i claim for hail damages and they tell me to pay additional access. Consultant fail to wrote my name correctly and that led to email not delivered to me. If documents came early i could have stayed with previous insurer. Now i have to be liable for some incompetent individual who fail to write my name correctly. Also on the claim department some lady who lacks a customer services skills and so rude.
