Not making follow-up on poor penal beating

Last year on the 15 November 2012 my car was taken for penal beating at Southern Motor Lab in Johannesburg. On the 14 December 2012 when collecting the car I noticed that it was not correctly fixed and lodged a complain with the management of Southern Motor Lab. They said they'll fix my car on the second week of January 2013, but even today they keep on changing dates. What makes me feel bad about the whole situation is that Iwyze knows about this they have since said they will help me get my car fixed as my insurance but they did nothing. They since promised to come back to me, but even today they didn't call me. Yet Iwyze had the guts to send me email saying they will increase my premium due to the claim I made, but my car is not yet fixed correctly. So can Iwyze tell me is this the best way they help their customers or all they care about is money?
