I purchased the KrugerGold Coins and it was a swift process of filling in forms by a consultant who is prepared to meet you wherever you are for the sign-up. I am now ready to disinvest and I am being told to go to their head office directly in Rosebank or if that is not possible to send documentation through the post box in order for my investment to be returned.

The worst part is that I have requested a confirming e-mail of the dis-investment and I am being told that a telephone call which I have made is sufficient and if I require any confirmation I would need to be at head office.

I am also being told that the process of dis-investment will take approximately more that 2 weeks. I think this is poor service from this company and reconsidering why I should even do business with them in the future. It is an inconvenience to be given a run around like this.

Their database seems to be rarely upgraded and communication is never sent to clients, this should have been a good indication that I will get this kind of service to the end of my contract.
