Poor Response on a Valid Request

A week ago I sent in a request to the Private Banking department regarding an investment of R20k I would like to make, and some of the criteria I require in the investment. 5 days later I receive an email response that does not in any way guide me in what type of investment FNB has to offer, in fact, I am pretty sure the respondent did not even read my email, as she clearly did a CTRL-C of a standard response, asking me questions to things that I had already mentioned in my request, for example, the amount I would like to invest. No follow up was done, no product offers were made, no options given, merely a set of questions I need to ask myself when considering an investment, not an FNB investment, a general investment of any kind. Why would I contact Premier Banking for generalistic investment advice? I wanted to know what FNB could offer me! Must I beg someone to invest my money with them? Or is R20k too little an investment to warrant a fair response? I am utterely shocked at the poor level of service from a company I have spent the better half of my life dealing with!
