On 12.10.12 Aidan Morris offered to contact other financiers on my behalf as Business Partners considered both of my business plan proposals to be out of their investment criteria. R400 000 personal capital and R 2 million surety was too high risk versus possible return on option 1. R 1 million investment for Sushi Bar or option 2. R 3 million investment for property development. On 22.10.12 Graeme Pepper of Gravan Business Solutions contacted me after being approached by Aidan Morris. A sequence of email correspondence took place before finally meeting on 21.11.12. That same day a detailed breakdown of terms, conditions, process and most importantly payment was received. On 29.11.2012 we transferred the deposit in order for Graeme Pepper to proceed. The process involved payment of invoice for the preparation of business plan and registration of business. Once the business plan is complete, copies are then printed and sent to the private sectors that they deal with, along with the application forms. Once the business plan is submitted it then goes the investment portfolio manager. A turn around time of 4 to 6 weeks. 13 weeks later, no documents exist and no meetings occurred.
