ONGOING PHONE CALLS FROM CALL CENTRE

I've got accounts with this people for the past 7 / 8 years and keep and paying and still the account don't get finished, not sure what is going on with this accounts as I never ever received statements, all that I get is this ongoing calls from their call centre and upon which they charge me for this calls and ongoing e-mails that I received from them. I'm sure by this time now my account should be paid but needless to say this people cannot help me, all that they say is that I still owe so much money.
