STILL FED UP

"We have had an ongoing problem on our lines for 3 YEARS!!! We have been sent from pillar to post its now gotten to the point where we are losing business our calls drop, theres a continues echo in the background, the calls break up, our applicants cant hear us... everytime we phone they send a different technician out thats when they do decide to send someone out we get a different story each time. Last tim ewe were told we need to extend the aerial??? Theyve already done that!!! didnt work then either... now we back to no reponse or feedback and people not returning our calls AGAIN! "
