Over debit account and no one answer calls

Goodday

I receive ongoing sms's and communication of none payment from cartrack, whilst my statement reflects differently. They recently double debited my account.
I have flagged this issue almost every month with Judith in the accouts department as well as copied their CEO in the emails. No one replies. They 24 hour contact no. posted on the website does not work.
There is no contact point to get out of this account. This is an ongoing issue for a year.
