I have been getting harassed by ABSA and now this is a getting out of hand.

First this started after ABSA decided not to renew my credit "apparently" because I am in a lot of debt and I am "clearly" struggling with my repayments. Anyway never mind that, I am now with Standard Bank and extremely happy with the services that they are providing me. Now I have been repaying the credit card in an effort to get it closed as they charge me interest on the account as well as a "MONTHLY SERVICE FEE" of R19.00 for a service I no longer use. On the 28th or 29th they called me to say an outstanding payment of 82.00 on the card is required, a day later I paid 900 into the account followed by yet another payment of 100. Today the 3rd of Dec I get a call AGAIN!!! from the call center, I had to hold for one minute while the lady was checking why they called me, she did not know why. This again was at 07:00 in the morning, dont they consider that someone will be driving to work or is their thinking trained to be static. I am really sick and tired of this harassment, I am not sure whether ABSA have downgraded me to a high risk client without telling me. This is really messed up!!! Sort yourselves out
