Unacceptable Service

Good day

I am extremely unhappy and disappointed at the Service i am receiving from Smart Insurance. This is a policy to keep your cars in showroom condition. I have been a loyal customer, making regular payments and keeping to my end of the contract for the past 5yrs.

This is the 2nd claim of mine not being accepted and declined due to reasons which is totally unacceptable. I had address two claims that have been declined and still i am getting unacceptable responses. I feel that they purposefully does not want to comply. Both Claims submitted was within the range and limit.

Previous damages to scratch and dents which by far exceeeded their limits was approved and repairs. This is all on my records. Kindly could you assist with an Ombudsman to assist in this matter as i am taking this futher and require immediate action.
