While working for a company called Maravedi Financial Solutions, I signed up for a Funeral plan that was underwritten by Zurich through a joint venture with my company. It was a funeral policy that civered me for R30, 000 for a premium of R30 per month. Since inception the monthly billing was hardly ever executed properely with my account being billed on certain months and not in some. Recently I was billed R30 per month untikl the end Oct where I was billed R90 per month. I called the head office call centre today. I was transferred to 6 different people and eventually was told that there was nobidy available to help me by a receptionist call Gladys. You service is extremely unacceptable. Please call me urgently to cancel my policy. My ID number is 7307265149080 and my number is 0835568145. Let's see if this becomes a matter of urgency...
