Advertising to give you R400 cash

Good day.

Outsurance advertise that they will give R400 cash if they cannot beat a quote. I phoned them to see if they can beat my current quote, but the agent just did not want to help or try to beat the quote. I am insisting on my R400.00. Do not advertise things if you guys can not offer it.

I want feedback as soon as possible or I will tell everyone that you are scamming your clients and potential clients.
