No resolve, no solution offered

Upon drawing DQ Mapper trip reports for the 2012 year to use for my tax return, I found no data from the month of August 2012 to December 2012. I logged an incident and received a reference number from Nizaam. Two days later after not receiving a call from Nizaam, I phone the call centre again and advise Neo (this time) of my situation. In the interim I received an email stating that for those months my Tracker system was not working- not even an apology.

Neo advised that that the charge for the Tracker system is included in my monthly premium, which in turn means that if it was not working for those months, I deserve a refund. Neo returns my call at 17:20 yesterday afternoon and tells me that if I log into my system then I should be able to see my car- this was not the problem! I explain the situation to Neo again, who after making me wait the entire day, tells me that I have to address the problem with Discovery Insure and not them. He transfers me to them and after waiting on the line for almost 10 minutes, I end the call.

I would like someone who has authority to resolve this to call me so I can sort this out. I am not happy about how this was handled.
