The recent weather hit out a lot of my home electronics. I called Aon to get the forms and procedures for submitting a claim. I was informed that there was no claim form to be submitted, just to get a report and repair/ replacement value of the damaged items. This was unusual, yet I did as they asked and had my claim dealt with in an efficient manner, it was a completely different level of service, compared to the poor service that we receive from most service providers these days.
This is a simple thanks for the level of service I received from the staff at AON, from the first call answered by Ansie, to the claim reference given by Vuyo, to the processing of my claim by Ms Preciuos Ndaba. Thank you for making insurance client friendly.
