ATM my money

I as waiting in the queue at the FNB ATM's at the Highpoint Branch in Hillbrow, after the long wait, (Due to 1 deposit machine working and a long line of people), I finally get to the front of the queue to make my deposit, I enter in my details and put my cash in the machine (R240) it rejects the one R20 note, so I retry it, it rejects it again, so I try again, and with no warning it spits out this receipt saying "your cash deposit was unsuccesful", I go into the branch to inquire, and they say I have to wait 4-5 working days for my money to go through. I think FNB Highpoint's service is absolutely bottom-grade and a pathetic waste of time.
