Liquid Capital has been debiting my account since June 2014 for an extended 90, 000km service plan. To my horror after my car was serviced they advised that my policy had ended on a 45, 000km service plan. The service consultant who helped me had not updated their records from June 2014 - 30 December 2015 how incompetent is that? Why debit my account every month if my policy has not been updated??? That is downright! They advised that I should pay for service and they would refund me, an email I have in writing. The service was done on the 30th of December, to date I still have not received my refund. This is the worst service I have ever received. Their customer care consultants do not pick up their phones, they do not update their records, they debit your account and do not provide the required service and to make matters worse you need to chase after them for your refund.
