Paying VIP prices but not receiving VIP treatment

We are receiving very bad service from the prestige banker Nicky Harmse. She doesn't return phone calls nor reply to emails.

You guys really need to get more prestige bankers in Polokwane or replace the useless ones!

On the same note i will like to thank Kwena Maeteletja who is a personal service consultant for his amazing service and always going the out of his way to help a client and Carine Veldhuysen who handles out business banking and will go the extra mile time and time again.
