After upgrading my phone on the 1st of January I had problems with my account. According to the advertisement on Vodacom's website I was supposed to pay R199 a month including BIS and 120 -off peek minutes. After getting my first statement I realised that they are still charging me separately for the BIS. I phoned the customer service number and they gave me a different number to phone. After phoning about 3 numbers and speaking to various people I was still not assisted with my query. The last number I had to phone was the sales department. After holding on for longer than half an hour I gave up. Not one person was able to assist me!! I think it's very misleading to tell customers that they only have to pay a certain amount and then take more money. When you want to query the mistake nobody is willing to assist you.
