I am disappointed with the process how the claims are handled. The admin office keeps making the mistake and their comments are not specific to resolved the matter. Incorrect information is sent to SARS and then reject. They want to put blame on SARS and saying they dont have correct details. When I call SARS they tell me valid reasons why the the application was rejected because of the the errors made by admin office. SARS rejected the 1st application 06 Nov 2013 and to date no one has ever called me or sms or email to update on rejection. After all this funnies you have to wait for 5 working days to get a response like "Member to obtain details from SARS". I wish I can leave this fund and its a pity my current employer uses Alexander Forbes. The call centre has to answer our questions for them # sad
