Unauthorized debits

I have went to the branch numerous times to stop a debit order for going through my accounts, its the same company that keeps on doing this. FNB IS STILL ALLOWING THE DEBIT ORDERS. AS I RESULT I CANT APPLY FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE OF THIS RETURN DEBITS I HAVE TO DO EVERY MONTH. AM GETTING TIRED OF THIS AND WANT ANOTHER NEW ACCOUNT OR CANCELLATION OF THIS ACCOUNT AS MY LIFE IS AT A STAND STILL
