Trying to extort money from me

These people have tried to debit my account & I have reversed the payment because I did not apply or register for their services. Now I have received a letter of demand including lawyers costs to the amount of R546.06 which i refuse to pay as why should I pay for something which I have no knowledge of & apart from this I now get numerous emails from loan companies. I am so sick and tired of all of these people who try to make money from innocent people. I AM NOT A CUSTOMER OF LOAN TRACER SA. I WANT THEM TO REMOVE ME FROM THEIR DATABASE
