So i have two vehicles with Wesbank, in fact they have been nothing but good to me for some 5 years now, so much so that i even bought another vehicle and financed it with them. HOWEVER, i have never had to call into the Call Centre and today was my first unpleasant experience with them - two of their consultants and neither of them could help me or understand my frustration. I have two vehicles financed and BOTH debit orders are to run on the1st of every month. For some reason the FIAT debit order ran on Saturday sommer - the 30th!!! and the Vivo NOT AT ALL. No says Chase, Sunday was the 1st and as such the debit orders will run on the 30th - like? His argument falls flat then as the Polo debit order did not run at all. I have a contract before me that states the 1st of every month, and should it fall on a Sunday then one would reasonably expect the debit order (s) to run the following day - you cant just sommer bring it a day forward and even so, then why was it not done on BOTH vehicles? No people, you cant just do your own thing! What if there was no money on Saturday, and then of course how can you be debiting one car and not the other?
