Loan Debit Orde

I took a loan with capitec and the problem i have now is that they keep on debiting on the wrong day. i told them i'm getting paid on the 25 of each month. but the debit order keep going out on the 23 or 24 of each month. i understand when the 25 on Saturday, they'll debit on Friday, but my money will reflect on that Saturday, that means the debit order will bounce back if i don't enough money in the bank if they debit on Friday (24). what i dont get again is when the 25 is on sunday and the debit or Friday and when its during the weekend then they debit on the day before.

i'm really not happy with this because it's affecting my ITC records.
