UCount Awards Mismanaged!

Hi,

This is my second complaint towards the Standard Bank service called Ucount. I'm at that stage where I am so annoyed with myself for closing my FNB account and I really miss my Ebucks.

Please do not use Ucount, rather buy the products at Game, bidorbuy or some store. It will be less effort and cheaper.

What Ucount do is they quote these huge savings from prices that is INFLATED, but still then you feel sometimes that you are saving due to the R200 Ucount points you have build up. Dont! When you check out and ready to pay, they inflate the price again with 14% vat. So in the end the trip to a game is safer and probably more convenient because you get your product straight away. Can't believe I paid R240 for this service.

I actually had hope for this offering, but I am so disappointed, Actually see now that Standard Bank has the SECOND MOST complains in the last 60 days.

Time for a change maybe.
