UCount Awards Mismanaged!!!

Hi,

Just raising my concern about the new Ucount awards. I am registered as and feel excited about this feature which faces strong competition (Ebucks). For me I really hope this product excels and makes a difference in the normal boring banking conditions of Standard Bank.

Although, from the beginning we were made aware that we get R1 off from 1l of Caltex fuel (for the time frame specified) and this includes using your garage card. So I have been driving out everywhere trying to find a Caltex garage pouring fuel using my garage card. This was about 3 fill-ups amounting to about 170l. On the last email bulletin the story was different and it was said that we have to use our Platinum Cheque Card. So what happens to the times we haven't used it and instead used our garage card?

This seams to me like a mismanaged product and I just hope they get it fixed and sorted for convenient future use.
