Unclosed settled loan account

I had a loan few years back, i settled the loan & asked if the are any documents which i would have to sign or fill up for confirmation of closing an account..the answer was No, the account will be closed.

So now i've been receiving statements with reoccuring arreas every month.i sent several emails & attempt to call but i had to listen to that boring music for almost 20 minutes & the phone cut off.

I would be pleased if this could be sorted asap
