Payment arrangement

I received an sms regarding my vehicle finance to call some lady which I did and can't remember her name to make payment arrangement, the lady was so rude to me and that shows why she went and arrange her own arrangement of R500 whereas I agreed to pay R350pm. This bank is really getting to my nerves, I am trying to pay what I owe but they making my life a living! I want the refund as I never agreed to to that amount!!!
