Dr order switching

I opened a fnb cheque account at the stanger bramch (kzn) 3 months ago, although fnb advertises for free dr order switching within 10 minutes, mines has not been done in 3 months, im still incurring fees at my old banks as well as at fnb, I laid a complaint on there website a consultant called me but it already a new month and the drs are still going of my old accounts, please assist
