Taking off unpaid fees for slow system

I was charged R115 for my RCP which went off before my salary was paid into my account and was reversed subsequently. why are you doing this? Secondly my car payment gets reversed and again i get charegd R115 but its because the system is so slow. My salary was paid the 28th, the car finance went off the 29th there was a reversal in the system for R4281 yet it seems you do not take these things into account. In a time of need especially now a customer holds onto the trust of one company and that is their bank to have their backs esp if you have been a loyal customer for years but instead you get them cheating you out of more money. i am in a situation right now where am the only one working and my salary isnt enough i have arrears on 3 accounts because i had to make arrangements to pay less to cover other things, i ask Std Bank to increase my rcp and they say no i ask to increase my overdraft and they say no, now who do i turn too?? i want to get myself out of this predicament and back onto the road and move my bond and insurance etc all over to standard bank but i cant get you to stand by me in time of need then why should i be a loyal customer...
