I put in a claim for storm damage on thursday 28 November and again on friday 29th. they promised to send out an evaluator within 2 hours. whrn i called back on saturday, i am told the storm damage department only works monday to friday.
i spent R250 on phone calls to them and still have no assesor. was sent to me nor even a simple sms to tell me the status of my claim.
