When you need your insurance company

With the heavy rains our pool pump got water and sand in it. It just stopped working without tripping the power. All companies were very busy after the heavy rains and it took a while before a pool company could fetch the pump and have it tested. At this stage I still had no idea what was wrong with the pump. The testing company's report was a shock and the pool company who removed the pump then advised that I contact my insurance company. Remi's voice when he took the call was friendly and relaxing. I was depressed and stressed, but he took control. When I was concerned about my airtime, he called me back. He didn't waste time on long reports and details but managed to get the necessary info from me. I mentioned that I can't take calls during the day due to the nature of my job, and he immediately gave me his email address. Behind the scenes the wheels were turning while I focussed on my delivery. He sent an assessor out and the claim was approved and payout confirmed.
