Running a business requires me, sometimes to have proof of payment ready immediately before a supplier will take a look at the parts send to him for evaluation or repair. In the meantime my industrial client is loosing millions because of the delay of sending out proof of payments. All FNB do (at branch it is not their problem) is trying to delay explanations to us. They keep on subtracting bank fees but do not answer any questions. They do not read the complaint as a whole and I have to spend eternity on my phone (wasting work time) hunting someone down to help me. The so-called "how we can help you" is a joke. The complaint no is SD1792028 and already more than a month old without a solution supplied. The telephone banking product is superb but as a business they do not care at all.
