I lodged 2 claims. The 1st was approved but there was a lot of confusion around the 2nd claim. I complained to Aloma that I keep being transferred to various people eventually ending up back with her. She listened carefully and acknowledged that there was internal confusion regarding my 1st and 2nd claim, committed to calling me back the same day to let me know what the status of my claim was and assured me that she would sort out the confusion as she now understood why there was confusion. For days I have been calling and am told that Aloma is either not at her desk, in a meeting or on the phone. Michelle the receptionist does not even wait for me to finish my sentences before putting me back on hold as I have clearly irritated her by insisting on waiting to speak to Aloma. Today I started calling Aloma at 08h00. At 09h30 Aloma takes my call but again says she will call back in 5 minutes and doesn't respond when I ask questions. I submitted an online complaint on Oakhurst website. Vuyisile assistant claims manager just called while I was typing this & has no answer for me but confirms that there is no problem with my claim and it will be finalized today by 12h00. Aaaaaaargh!!!
