Angry upset with Claims Dep

It is upsetting when you are sent from pillar tp post when claiming @ this with this insurance. i dont know how many people we have spoken to and every person we spoke to wants the same documents we sent to them. we think these people dont want to pay up. and they are doing this to upset us nor prolong the payment. my motheris a loyal client to them and she hasnt skipped any payments. now when its time to claim, they give us the run around...
im not talking abaout the BAD attitude some have. ALOMA is one of them, this person put down the phone on me while is was triyingto ask questions regarding this claim. client service is poor. i wounder if she does this to all her clients or is it just us.
it hurts us to see our pensioner mother being treated like this buy these people.
