I've ordered a speedpoint device for our new business on Monday this week (telephonically). I was told that I will be contacted by a responsible person no earlier than 5 days from then. However, I was pleasantly suprised to find Mandla contacting us on Wednesday the same week already to arrange a date to get forms signed and get the process rolling. Not only did he contact us earlier than expected, he also went through extra trouble to try and reach me - my phone has been giving problems with reception, and after a few failed attempts to reached me he got hold my business partner's number and arranged a time to meet. He drove to us with the forms today (Thursday). What's more is that we were in different locations at the time but he litterally went the extra mile (s) to reach us both,
