Great and efficient service

I went in to the Jabulani FNB EASYPLAN to close my account I signed all the necessary documents. The lady who was assisting me assured me that the account was closed. Two months later I realized the lady didn't do her job and my account was still active and billing me, I was furious and I emailed the branch to query. I received an email back it was Mr Mandla Ndlovu the manager who was very helpful he went an extra mile to make sure my query was resolved.
