Unfair treatment of a loyal client

My account was incorrectly credited with R5000 instead of R2500 last month (your mistake not mine)
I paid your money back
I paid my loan back
On Monday i was informed by Siba that i had to pay an additional R189.02 because of interest that had accrued on the erroneously credited amount
I paid that
today i am told after being sent back and forth by your call centre and collections agents that my account is still active because I MADE A MISTAKE!!! I did not ask you for R5000! you made the mistake, all i want is for my account to be cleared. i have neve experienced such poor service i must state though: Siba and Boitumelo have been trying to help me. PRECIOUS in collections was not empathetic, straight out made me feel like this is all my fault! i did not make this mistake... why am i being treated so unfairly... WHY???
